 Over the past weekend, I decided to indulge on Avatar 2 and immediately I recalled how similar the Robots looked like Atlas. Therefore this blog will further explore and analyze the artificial intelligence currently used in reality and fantasy. For those unaware, Atlas is a Robot created by Boston Dynamics with amazing skills and machine learning ability. On January 18th 2023, Boston Dynamics published a video of Atlas gripping objects, doing a summersault, and other human-like activities. Below is am image of Atlas and click here to watch Atlas  in reality! Now onto Avatar, which was an emotional rollercoaster in itself. When I first saw General Ardmore's exoskeleton Robot, it reminded me of Atlas. Also known as the AMP suit or Amplified Mobility Platform was used as a protective armor from the native Na'vi tribe. Below is an image the AMP suit represented in the movie. Now the question remains: Are these Robots used to assist humans or annihilate an entire species?

After reading the intro and Chapter 1 for Surfing the Tsunami and Guerrilla Marketing, it presented insight into what's coming in the near future. I never realized how marketing has evolved as much throughout the years, especially from focusing on "Me" to "You." It's more evident with simple everyday products to even the air flights that companies heavily rely on customer satisfaction and opinion for further business. After each patient stay, the hospital send out surveys to every patients for them to fill out with regards to their entire stay. It includes satisfaction ratings, pros and cons of the stay, interdisciplinary team, and if they would return to the facility for further healthcare needs.  Recently our facility purchased the infamous Robotic Bronchoscope from Monarch. A device that can used invasively for both therapeutic and diagnostic purposes on patients that present with lung abnormalities. Prior to Robot-assisted bronchoscopies, this procedure ...

 So this is an unconventional way to start a class, especially for an uncreative individual as myself. Never once did I think, that creating a blog/ running ads/ working with AI/ etc would be required to get an MBA. But I guess this is where I learn to practice and perfect a skill to hopefully discover a new passion in life. I chose it out of thin air, and I just happened to fall in love with this choice.
